On the Horizon

As a brand, we strive to provide our guest with an environment where they can Live Beyond Expectations™.  From our rooms to customer service, we take great detail to ensure our guest needs are met.  Understandably, as our customer-base is diverse, so too are the needs of our guest.  We try and meet that need by providing our guest with outlets to share their experiences with us throughout their stay.

On the horizon, we are outfitting our rooms with an interactive tablet that will allow guest to order food, drinks, movies and hotel amenities.  Furthermore, these tablets will allow guest to interface with the hotel in real-time, assuring that their needs are met on a more timely fashion.
